Educator Partnership Protocol
01 Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
The Instructor retains all moral and legal ownership of the original teaching materials, including videos, documents, and assessments. By publishing on the platform, the Instructor grants the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-bearing license to host, transmit, and distribute the content to registered students.
02 Commission & Financial Framework
The platform operates on a transparent revenue-sharing model. Specific commission rates are determined during the approval phase and are applied after deduction of payment gateway fees and applicable taxes. Payments are processed in cycles (e.g., Monthly/Bi-weekly) as agreed upon in the individual Educator Dashboard.
03 Professional Excellence Standards
- Instructors must ensure all provided content is accurate, original, and up-to-date.
- Academic integrity is paramount; any form of plagiarism or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
- Technical quality (video resolution, audio clarity) must meet the platform’s minimum professional standards.
04 Ethical Conduct & Platform Integrity
Instructors agree to maintain professional behavior when interacting with students. Direct solicitation of students for external services or competitors is considered a breach of this protocol and may lead to immediate suspension of the partnership.
05 Technical Protocol & Security
Instructors are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and ensuring that no third-party has unauthorized access to the Educator Dashboard or intellectual assets stored within.
This protocol is subject to periodic updates to reflect evolving platform standards and legal requirements.
